Antti Nykyri

Antti Nykyri is a versatile artist working in multiple fields across sound design and music. His work has encompassed installations, sound art projects, media art works, contemporary dance, application design, poetry, music, contemporary circus, theatre, participatory performances, user interface design, as well as social and healthcare projects. In the context of artistic research in his field, Antti has published peer-reviewed research articles and has served in numerous expert, teaching and board positions in the arts and arts education.

In addition to Finland, Antti’s works have been seen at e.g. Gwangju Design Biennale in South Korea, the Venice Biennale in Italy, the Prague Quadrennial of Performance Design and Space in the Czech Republic, and the Showroom Berliini gallery in Germany.
