Möhkäle in move – Workshop on April 25 in Suvilahti

Choreographer and dancer Petri Kekoni will lead a free workshop on April 25 at Cirko in Suvilahti. The workshop is related to his upcoming work Möhkäle – Erratic Block and it takes place in its performance space, the Maneesi Hall in Suvilahti. In the workshop, the choreographer will reveal the creative process behind the work, and participants will enter into the world of the work through movement exercises. The workshop is suitable for dance and theater professionals, advanced amateurs, and anyone else interested in the performing arts.

The three-hour workshop will delve into the world of movement of Möhkäle, where each participant will find and create their own versions of it.  Guided by the work, we will explore the perception of external and internal form in movement, as well as the dance created by the boundary between the living and the inanimate.

You are welcome to make discoveries!
